Gizlilik Politikası
Bu politika, SeoRest'in ("biz") yönettiği işletmeler adına Google İşletme Profili verilerini nasıl işlediğini açıklar.
Hangi verileri işliyoruz
- Yönettiğimiz işletme profillerine gelen Google yorumları: yorumcunun Google'da görünen adı, yıldız puanı, yorum metni, yorum tarihi ve yorum kimliği.
- Bu yorumlara işletme adına yazılan yanıtlar.
- İşletmenin bize sağladığı yapılandırma bilgileri (marka üslubu, onay tercihleri, iletişim e-postası).
Yalnızca işletme sahibinin bize yönetici ya da sahip erişimi verdiği profillerin verilerine erişiriz.
Verileri ne için kullanıyoruz
Verileri tek bir amaçla kullanırız: yeni yorumlara işletme adına yanıt hazırlamak ve yayınlamak. Yanıt taslakları bir yapay zekâ hizmeti (Google Gemini API) ile üretilir; bunun için yorum metni, puan ve yorumcu adı bu hizmete gönderilir. Olumsuz veya hassas yorumlara verilen yanıtlar, yayınlanmadan önce mutlaka bir insan tarafından onaylanır.
Verileri satmayız, reklam amacıyla kullanmayız ve yukarıdaki amaç dışında üçüncü kişilerle paylaşmayız.
Saklama
- İşlem kayıtları (yorum içeriği dâhil) otomasyon sistemimizde en fazla 14 gün tutulur ve sonra otomatik silinir.
- Kalıcı kayıtlarımızda yorum metni tutulmaz; yalnızca yorum kimliği, puan, işlem sonucu ve yanıt metninin tek yönlü özeti (hash) saklanır.
- Sistem yedekleri şifreli olarak saklanır ve en fazla 3 ay sonra silinir.
Güvenlik
Sistemlerimize yalnızca iki aşamalı doğrulamayla erişilir; sırlar ve yedekler şifrelenir. Google hesap erişim izinleri yalnızca bu hizmeti sunmak için kullanılır.
Google API Hizmetleri
SeoRest'in Google API'lerinden aldığı bilgileri kullanması ve başka uygulamalara aktarması, Sınırlı Kullanım (Limited Use) koşulları dâhil olmak üzere Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası'na uygundur.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how SeoRest ("we") processes Google Business Profile data on behalf of the businesses we manage.
Data we process
- Google reviews posted on the business profiles we manage: the reviewer's public display name, star rating, review text, review date and review ID.
- Replies posted to those reviews on behalf of the business.
- Configuration provided by the business (brand voice, approval preferences, contact email).
We only access profiles for which the business owner has granted us manager or owner access.
How we use it
We use this data for a single purpose: drafting and posting replies to new reviews on behalf of the business. Reply drafts are generated with an AI service (Google Gemini API); the review text, rating and reviewer name are sent to that service for this purpose. Replies to negative or sensitive reviews are always approved by a person before they are posted.
We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond the purpose above.
Retention
- Processing logs (including review content) are kept in our automation system for at most 14 days and then deleted automatically.
- Our permanent records do not contain review text; only the review ID, rating, processing outcome and a one-way hash of the reply are stored.
- System backups are encrypted and deleted after at most 3 months.
Security
Access to our systems requires two-factor authentication; secrets and backups are encrypted. Google account access permissions are used solely to provide this service.
Google API Services
SeoRest's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your rights and contact
For questions, correction or deletion requests: seorestagency@gmail.com. Businesses can revoke our access at any time from their Google Business Profile settings.
